TERMS OF REGISTRATION

Please register as early as possible. Conference spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis upon receiving the fee. The registration deadline is October 1st, 2024.

Once registered, if you are unable to attend, a full refund minus a processing fee of 30 € is available up to 4 weeks before the conference (until October 18th of 2024). After that date a full refund is only possible if your place is taken by someone else.

Please note that EUROLAB holds no responsibility for injuries.
